PYROBEL is a type of transparent laminated fire rated glass that is composed of float glass and intumescent interlayers. When subjected to fire, it creates a barrier to prevent the passage of heat or smoke as well as hot gases.
With fire ratings from 30 up to 120 minutes (integrity/ integrity and insulation), PYROBEL is ideal for use in a diverse range of applications and environments, including schools, retail outlets, hospitals, offices, factories and other buildings. Promat provide PYROBEL cut-to-size to door fabricators, partition companies and joineries along with ongoing technical support.
