On top of our extensive range of products, we offer a wide range of manufacturing services in our workshops across the world, as well as through our established network of suppliers. Our workshops can machine or manipulate our full range of products to meet any specification.

Punching machine for intumescent material
Intumescent gaskets are a critical component of fire-rated systems. They are delivered in rolls, strips and plates, but can be cut and punched into forms according to individual needs.

Hand manipulation
Our experienced workshop staff can also manufacture tailor – made solutions. Manual services offered include pre-assembly of various fire protection construction, coating, cutting, gluing and lamination.

Fire protection boards can be cut, glued, assembled and grinded to provide solutions to protect steel pillars.
Gluing
Different types of materials can be combined and glued together to fit your needs. Automated gluing machinery can improve the quality and speed of the output, while also avoiding to have to put resources on a heavy and laborious activity.
