PROMAGLAS®

PROMAGLAS® is a type of laminated glass consisting of several glass panes, between which fire resistant layers are placed.

In case of fire, fire resistant layers represent highly efficient insulation that prevents the passage of thermal radiation, and thereby also the inflammation of flammable materials on the side opposite of the fire.

For important instructions regarding processing and for additional information see below. It is not possible to test fire resistance of the glass itself. Tests must be performed on the glazed assembly. The glazed assembly is described in detail in the official classification report.
